Самоуправление знаниями преподавателей колледжа: сущность и структура

Abstract

The author regards an actual problem of self-managing college teacher’s knowledge. The value of the stated problem is substantiated on the one hand by a global tendency of increasing information stream and on the other hand – by the necessity of systematic innovation of vocational and pedagogical knowledge of vocation specialists in connection with the process of modernizing vocational education and introducing FSES of SVE. The article formulates the notion of knowledge self-managing, defines the approaches to clearing out its essence, and names structural components and factors of self-managing college teacher’s knowledge.

Автор рассматривает актуальную проблему самоуправления знаниями преподавателей колледжа. Значение данной проблемы обусловлено, с одной стороны, глобальной тенденцией роста информационного потока, с другой – необходимостью системного обновления профессионально-педагогических знаний педагогических работников в связи с процессом модернизации профессионального образования и внедрением ФГОС СПО. В статье сформулировано понятие «самоуправление знаниями», определены подходы к выявлению его сущности, названы структурные компоненты и факторы самоуправления знаниями преподавателями колледжа.
