Использование физических упражнений в слухоречевой реабилитации детей после кохлеарной имплантации

Abstract

Now as one of the most perspective directions of rehabilitation of people with a hearing disorder and their integration into the environment of the hearing is possible to consider the cochlear implantation. The article considers the features of sports and health-improving work with the preschool children using cochlear implants. The possibility of efficiency increase of audio-verbal rehabilitation of children in the course of occupations by physical exercises in preschool institution of the compensating type is discussed. The main idea is that the problems of development of the audio-verbal and speech-motor centers of the brain can be solved at lesson along with increase of physical readiness of the children. Relevance of the problem of studying of this children`s category is stated by the modern requirements of the theory and practice of the adaptive physical culture directed at search of new optimum ways for rehabilitation after cochlear implantation. В настоящее время в качестве одного из наиболее перспективных направлений реабилитации людей с нарушениями слуха и их интеграции в среду слышащих можно рассматривать кохлеарную имплантацию. В статье раскрываются особенности физкультурно-оздоровительной работы с дошкольниками, использующими кохлеарные имплантаты. Обсуждается вопрос возможности повышения эффективности слухоречевой реабилитации детей в процессе занятий физическими упражнениями в дошкольном учреждении компенсирующего вида. Главная идея заключается в том, что наряду с повышением физической подготовленности детей на занятиях могут решаться задачи по развитию слухоречевых и речедвигательных центров мозга. Актуальность проблемы изучения данной категории детей продиктована современными требованиями теории и практики адаптивной физической культуры, направленной на поиск новых оптимальных путей реабилитации после кохлеарной имплантации.
