The article describes practical experience of interaction between parents and adolescents, the important stage of which was the increase in the level of competence of young people in their professional self-determination. The parents became able to help their children adequately in the conscious choice of the future profession. The author presents the method and software of professional orientation work with the family including the following: development program of vocational guidance of parents «Сommitment for Effective cooperation», portfolio design of parental assistance in the successful choice of adolescents, the content of consulting actions of parents with teachers, the technology of development of readiness of parents in professional self-determination of adolescents. The presented computer-aided method and materials is an effective tool for attraction and development of the readiness of parents to assist their children in making a successful choice in a professional way.

Описан практический опыт взаимодействия родителей и подростков, важным этапом которого явилось повышение уровня компетентности подростков в вопросах профессионального самоопределения и оказания родителями квалифицированной помощи своим детям в осознанном выборе будущей профессии. Представлено программно-методическое обеспечение профориентационной работы с семьей, включающее программу развития профориентационной готовности родителей «Эффективное сотрудничество», оформление портфолио родительского содействия в успешном выборе подростков, содержание консультационных мероприятий родителей с педагогами. Представлена технология развития готовности родителей в профессиональном самоопределении подростков.
