Abstract

Тhe article is devoted to the innovative development of infrastructure based on public and private partnership. The author considers the models of infrastructure management and basic forms of investments. She proves the possibility of applying a new model of infrastructure development on the basis of public and private partnership as a system of public and private, civil and legal relations between the state, companies and non-profit organizations in the joint implementation of innovative and legal relations between the state, companies and non-profit organizations in the joint implementation of innovative and investment projects.

Статья посвящена инновационному развитию инфраструктуры на базе общественно-частного партнерства. Рассматриваются модели управления инфраструктурой и основные формы инвестиционных вложений. Обосновывается возможность применения новой модели развития, инфраструктуры на базе общественно-частного партнерства как системы публично-частных гражданско-правовых отношений государства компаний и некоммерческих организаций по совместному осуществлению инновационно-инвестиционных проектов.
