Abstract

Проведено исследование уровня исследовательской компетенции преподавателей колледжа, их отношения к исследовательской деятельности и непосредственного участия в педагогических исследованиях, а также готовности педагогов колледжа к организации исследовательской деятельности студентов. В результате анализа результатов исследования выявлено, что большинство преподавателей позитивно относятся к осуществлению исследовательской деятельности в колледже, принимают активное участие в обсуждении актуальных проблем школьного и среднего профессионального образования, привлекают студентов к совместной работе над исследовательскими проектами, обладают достаточно высоким уровнем профессионализма и педагогического мастерства. Оценка сформированности исследовательской компетенции преподавателей педагогического колледжа, их отношения к формированию исследовательских умений у студентов позволяет не только четко определить педагогическую позицию преподавателей, но и выявить наиболее эффективные способы организации образовательного процесса, включающие будущих специалистов в поисковую, опытно-экспериментальную деятельности, а также условия развития образовательной среды в соответствии с требованиями к подготовке современного учителя, что позволит значительно повысить уровень их практической готовности к исследовательской деятельности в школе.

The level of the college teachers research competence, their attitude to the research activity and immediate participation in pedagogical research as well as college teachers preparation to students research activity have been carried out. Analysis of the investigation results reveals that most of the teachers have a positive attitude to students research activity implementation at the college, take an active part in the discussion of the actual problems of secondary school and professional education, involve students in joint work on research projects, obtain rather high professional and pedagogical skills level. The assessment of the formation of teachers research competence at the teacher-training college, their attitude to the research skills formation of the students lets not only to define teachers pedagogical position but also to reveal the most effective ways of educational process organization which include future specialists, searching and experimental activity as well as the conditions of the educational environment development in accordance with the requirements to the modern teachers, it will allow to improve the level of their practical readiness to the research activity at school.
