
Анализируется история становления и современное состояние изучения проблемы способностей в Пермской психологической школе. Показаны традиции изучения способностей и их развитие в современных исследованиях. Раскрыта концепция специальных способностей. На основе анализа эмпирических данных выделяются основные направления исследования способностей: дана характеристика структуры способностей и характера их детерминации индивидуальными свойствами; специфика взаимосвязи способностей и педагогического стиля; динамика развития способностей учителя; влияние уровня способностей на их структуру; гендерные различия в способностях, взаимосвязь способностей и успешности профессиональной деятельности.
The article gives an overview of the history and modern state of research into abilities in Perm psychological school. Both traditional approaches and their development in more recent research are shown. A theory of special abilities is presented. Based on empirical data analysis main directions of research into abilities are singled out: structure of abilities and the manner of their determination by individual traits; peculiarities in the relations between abilities and teaching style; dynamics of development of teacher’s professional abilities; the influence of ability level on ability structure; gender variations in abilities; relation between ability and professional performance.
