Влияние технологических параметров подготовки шихты на степень восстановления хрома из рудоугольных брикетов

Abstract

Настоящая работа посвящена изучению влияния технологических параметров подготовки и окускования рудоугольной шихты на полноту восстановления хрома при твердофазном карботермическом восстановлении. В работе представлены результаты лабораторных экспериментов по моделированию процесса нагрева и выдержки рудоугольных брикетов в печи с вращающимся подом. Показано, что в условиях термовременной обработки, имитирующей загрузку холодных брикетов в печь, их прохождение через горячую зону печи и разгрузку обожженных брикетов в горячем состоянии, можно достигать высокой степени восстановления хрома. Установлено, что изо всех исследованных параметров наиболее сильное влияние на степень восстановления хрома оказывает крупность рудного материала. Отмечено, что низкая прочность брикетов не позволяет рекомендовать использование рудоугольных брикетов с бентонитом в шахтных или вращающихся печах. В то же время достигнутая степень восстановления хрома и прочность брикетов позволяют реализовывать процесс в печах с малой нагрузкой на брикет, например в печах с вращающимся подом.

The influence of technological parameters of ore-coal charge preparation on the reduction rate of chromium during solid state carbothermal reduction process was studied. The results of the laboratory experiments on the modelling of ore-coal briquettes heating and soaking in rotary hearth furnace were presented. It was shown that under time-thermal conditions which simulate cold briquettes loading into furnace and the briquettes moving throw hot furnace zone together with hot discharging of sintered briquettes high chromium reduction rate could be achieved. The size of ore material was established to have the greatest influence on the chromium reduction rate. It was noted that low briquette strength does not allow the usage of ore-coal briquettes with bentonite in the shaft or rotary furnaces. However, the chromium reduction rate obtained and the strength of briquettes allow the process in the furnaces to be done with low load on a briquette, as in rotary hearth furnaces.
