Теоретико-методологические основы формирования физической культуры личности студента

Abstract

The theoretical and methodological basis of the formation of physical education of student’s personality are methodological approaches that provide the interconnection and integrity of the process, and the principles that reflect the content and the peculiarities of the approaches as well. The categorical area of the research of the formation of physical education of student’s personality in a higher institution includes the substantiation of such items like “personality’s physical education”, “physical intelligence”, “physical and valeological competence”. The process of the formation of physical education of student’s personality in a higher institution will become effective if it is formed on the following principles: the complex of system, cultural, competent, innovative and personality-directed approaches in the formation of physical education of student’s personality; purpose stating and innovation in its formation. The system approach works in the formation of physical education of student’s personality and the other approaches integrate in it. During the process of scientific work the theoretical and methodological model of the formation of physical education of student’s personality was developed.

Теоретико-методологической основой формирования физической культуры личности студентов вуза выступают методологические подходы, которые обеспечивающие взаимосвязь и целостность процесса, и принципы, которые отражают как содержание, так и особенности подходов. Категориальное поле исследования формирования физической культуры личности студента вуза включает обоснование содержания понятий "физическая культура личности", «физическая культурность», «физкультурно-валеологическая компетентность». Процесс формирования физической культуры личности студентов вуза становится эффективным, если строится на принципах: единства системного, культурологического, деятельностного, компетентностного, инновационного и личностно-ориентированного подходов в формировании физической культуры личности обучающегося ; целеполагания и инновационности его становления. Системный подход выступает при формировании физической культуры личности студента методологической стратегией, а иные подходы интегрируются в ней. В процессе научной работы была разработана теоретико-методологическая модель формирования физической культуры личности студента.
