Профессионально-личностная позиция студента-психолога: сущность и структура

Abstract

In article the author proved need of research of formation of a professional and personal position of the student psychologist for higher education institution taking into account the sensitive period of development of this phenomenon, gave its definition of a professional and personal position of the student of higher education institution as the psychological education representing system of steady views and valuable orientations, defining selectivity and randomness of professional behavior that provides the steady interpersonal relations, cultural and professional self-identification and self-development and revealed the structure of a professional and personal position of the student as set of the interconnected components: valuable, cognitive and conative.

В статье обоснована необходимость исследования формирования профессионально-личностной позиции студента-психолога в вузе с учетом сензитивного периода развития данного феномена. Дано авторское определение профессионально-личностной позиции студента вуза как психологического образования, представляющего собой систему устойчивых взглядов и ценностных ориентаций, определяющего избирательность и произвольность профессионального поведения, что обеспечивает устойчивые межличностные отношения, культурную и профессиональную самоидентификацию и саморазвитие. Раскрыта структура профессионально-личностной позиции студента как совокупность взаимосвязанных компонентов: ценностного, когнитивного и конативного.
