ИЗМЕРЕНИЕ СОПРОТИВЛЕНИЯ ИЗОЛЯЦИИ РЕЛЬСОВЫХ ЦЕПЕЙ

Abstract

Objective: Obtain expressions for calculating track circuit insulation resistance allowing for accounting in the flow of current through individual elements of rail fastening. Methods: This article employed empirical methods of research, namely statistical, experimental and comparison. Experiments were conducted based on different methods and the results obtained were compared. To determine the electrical parameters of track circuit insulation elements, the statistical method was used and information was accumulated whose results were employed to determine the distribution law and the distribution function. Results: The obtained insulation resistance results are were compared to the commonly established insulation measurement method via the ISB resistance meter device and the readings differ by 8.96 %. Therefore, the resulting equivalent circuit representation of insulation parameters was selected correctly. The results of the suggested method should further be used to determine the connecting element of the dx – single sleeper rail circuit and re-calculate the rail circuit parameters. This work is of much practical value. The recalculation of rail circuit parameters will enable a more precise determination of the maximum possible length of rail circuits; with increased length of the rail circuits their number on a rail section is reduced, thus reducing the amount of equipment. Additionally, one can ascertain the maximum possible resistance value at the input of the track pick-up unit; with increased voltage comes a reduced chance of failure of track circuits. This will cut train downtime and eliminate schedule delays. Practical importance: On railway networks, the track superstructure is subject to pollution with inorganic substances and metal shavings created by the rolling stock buffi ng the rails. For that reason, the trail track insulation resistance is reduced, as is the design length of the track circuits.

Цель: Получить выражения для расчета сопротивления изоляции рельсовой линии, позволяющего учесть протекание электрического тока через отдельные элементы рельсового скрепления. Методы: В данной статье были использованы эмпирические методы исследования, а именно статистический, экспериментальный и сравнение. Проведены эксперименты по различным методикам, далее выполнено сравнение полученных результатов. Для определения электрических параметров элементов изоляции рельсовых цепей проведены статистический метод, сбор информации, по результатам которой определены закон распределения и функция распределения. Результаты: Полученные значения сопротивлений изоляции сравнены с общепринятой методикой измерения изоляции прибором ИСБ, значения отличаются на 8,96 %. Следовательно, полученная эквивалентная схема параметров изоляции была выбрана верно. На результатах предложенной методики в дальнейшем необходимо определить элемент скрепления рельсовой линии dx – одна шпала и пересчитать параметры рельсовых цепей. Данная работа имеет большую практическую ценность. При пересчете параметров рельсовых цепей возникнет возможность более точно определять максимально возможную длину рельсовых цепей, при увеличении длины рельсовых цепи уменьшается их количество на участке пути и снижается соответственно количество аппаратуры. Также возможно уточнить максимально возможное значение напряжения на входе путевого приемника, при увеличении напряжения уменьшится количество сбоев рельсовых цепей, что снизит время простоя поездов и уменьшит сбои в графике движения поездов. Практическая значимость: На сети железных дорог верхнее строение пути подвергается загрязнению минеральными веществами и металлической стружкой, образуемой при шлифовке рельсов подвижным составом. В связи с этим происходит снижение сопротивления изоляции рельсовой линии и сокращается расчетная длина рельсовых цепей.
