К вопросу о развитии учебно-профессионального сознания будущих педагогов

Abstract

В статье раскрывается проблема значения и сущности развития учебно-профессионального сознания студентов с особенностями проявления психологических составляющих на разных этапах профессиональной подготовки в вузе. Рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с содержанием внешних процессов воздействия, способствующих изменению учебно-профессионального сознания студентов, состоящего из профессионально значимых и личностных качеств специалиста и обеспечивающих в последующем профессиональное становление личности в учебно-педагогической деятельности. Предлагаются различные подходы к организации необходимых условий развития учебно-профессионального сознания студентов, позволяющих будущему специалисту гибко реагировать на изменения, происходящие в социуме, и творчески подходить к решению профессиональных и личностных задач.

Professional development takes place at the same time as professional training. In high school students gain the foundations of professional identity, they get the idea of significant personal qualities their future job requires. Then their professional development can undergo further changes. This will result in their flexible and innovative solutions while facing professional challenges and personal problems.
