Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные причины, подрывающие действующую логику "закрытых инноваций" и способствующие переходу к новой логике "открытых инноваций". Выделяются основные риски, возникающие при переходе к "открытым инновациям". Дана типология бизнес-моделей компаний, работающих в области инноваций. Приведен поэтапный план, на основе которого компания принимает решение использовать стратегию "изнутри наружу "

The paper examines the main causes that undermine the logic of the "closed innovation" and facilitate the transition to the new logic the "open innovation." Highlights the main risks arising from the transition to "open innovation." Dana typology of business models of companies working in the field of innovation. Is a phased plan based on which a company chooses to use the strategy "from the inside out"
