ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ ВНЕДРЕНИЯ ДИСТАНЦИОННОГО ОБУЧЕНИЯ НА РЫНКЕ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ УСЛУГ В СФЕРЕ ПОДГОТОВКИ КАДРОВ ДЛЯ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА

Abstract

В настоящее время в условиях непростой экономической ситуации особую актуальность приобретает проблема получения качественного инновационного образования. Рынок труда требует от претендентов на получение рабочих мест, а также от специалистов, уже работающих на предприятиях или занимающихся бизнесом, высокой степени квалифицированной пригодности, обладающих фундаментальной подготовкой наряду с профессиональными требованиями. В связи с этим настала необходимость более широкого внедрения системы дистанционного обучения наряду с уже существующими традиционными формами. В статье уделено внимание необходимости внедрения такой системы обучения на рынке образовательных услуг, рассмотрены основные положительные и отрицательные моменты осуществления такой деятельности. Несомненно, несмотря на имеющийся опыт применения дистанционной формы обучения ведущими образовательными учреждениями, находящимися как на территории Российской Федерации, так и вне ее, данная система требует доработки и более пристального внимания со стороны как Министерства образования Российской Федерации, так и самих образовательных учреждений

Under current challenging economic conditions, the problem of providing innovative education of high quality is becoming a matter of particular concern. Apart from professional requirements, the labour market demands that job applicants, as well as specialists already working at companies or engaged in business, must have a high qualification degree and fundamental training. In this regard, it became imperative to further implement the system of distance education, along with existing traditional forms. The article draws attention to the necessity for implementing this training system in the market of educational services, and studies the basic positive and negative aspects of such activity. Despite the existing experience of distance training system implementation by leading Russian and foreign educational institutions, this system, undoubtedly, requires modification and greater attention from both the RF Ministry of Education, and the educational institutions themselves
