Abstract

To research the nature of economic and legal mechanism for the use and protection of land in Ukraine. Cited and investigated characteristics of this mechanism, their impact on understanding the nature of this category. Covers legal problems of rational, effective and targeted use of land.

Рассмотрены сущность экономико-правового механизма использования и охраны земель в Украине, его признаки, их влияние на понимание правовой природы данной категории, а также правовые проблемы рационального, эффективного и целевого использования земель.
