О развитии государственно-частного партнерства в здравоохранении

Abstract

В данной работе изучены настроения экспертного сообщества и произведен анализ экспертных оценок перспектив развития государственно-частного партнерства в сфере здравоохранения. Рассмотрены вопросы развития нормативно-правового регулирования форм государственно-частного партнерства, проанализирован вопрос определения объема медицинской помощи в системе обязательного медицинского страхования, оценено текущее состояние ГЧП в Российской Федерации, представлен отраслевой срез реализованных инфраструктурных объектов посредством ГЧП, проанализирован процесс подготовки кадров в сфере здравоохранения.

In this work moods of expert community are studied and the analysis of expert estimates of prospects of development of public-private partnership in health sector is made. Questions of development of standard and legal regulation of forms of public-private partnership are considered, the question of scoping of medical care in system of obligatory medical insurance is analyzed, current state of PPP in the Russian Federation is estimated, the branch cut of the realized infrastructure objects by means of PPP is presented, process of training in health sector is analyzed.
