Abstract

Due to the development of the small-scale power distributed generation by an actual task the organization of the coordinated work of the renewables, accumulation devices, and also power sources on organic fuel on the basis of intellectual control systems of a distributive network (micro-grid) is. Integration of objects of small generation into networks and the energy markets is provided by virtual power plants. In article the main aspects of creation of VIES, their functionality and system effects from introduction are considered. The analysis of modern technical solutions of a control system of VIES is executed. Examples of development of the operating software are given. The problem parties interfering integration of virtual power plants into the small-scale power distributed generation of Russia are designated.
