Социальная ситуация в Вятской деревне в 1920-е гг

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются тенденции и процессы, связанные с социальной структурой и социальными отношениями в вятской деревне 1920-х гг. Прослеживаются изменения в социальной структуре сельского населения Вятской губернии в годы НЭПа, дается характеристика отдельных социальных категорий крестьянства (бедноты, середнячества, кулачества и батрачества). Анализируется процесс социального расслоения крестьянства в Вятском регионе, раскрывается его специфика. Поднимается проблема критериев социальной стратификации крестьянства. Исследуются общественно-политические настроения различных слоев крестьянства, выявляется отношение сельского населения к аграрной политике Советской власти (налогообложение, социальная поддержка малоимущих и т.д.). Раскрывается роль зажиточного крестьянства в увеличении сельскохозяйственного производства, определяется степень развития капиталистических отношений, оцениваются перспективы модернизации аграрного сектора за счет укрепления кулацких хозяйств.

The tendencies and processes of the social structure and social relations in Vyatka countryside in the 1920s are observed in the article. Changes in the social structure of Vyatka province rural population in the years of NEP, separate social categories of the peasantry (poor peasants, middle peasants, kulaks and farm labourers) are characterized. The process of social differentiation of peasantry in Vyatka region and peculiarities of this process are revealed in the article. The problem of social stratification criteria is actualized. The social-politic moods among different groups of peasantry, rural population attitude to Soviet power agrarian politics (taxing, social assistance for low-income groups etc.) are investigated. The role of the rich peasants in development of agricultural productions, level of capitalist relations, perspectives of agricultural modernizations due to kulak farms strengthening are revealed in this article.
