Abstract

Globalization is considered in this article as an objective tendency of social development. Globalization cannot be cancelled at will, it should be considered, adapting to it and to exploit. Globalization continues the general tendency of social integration of mankind which began with human herd and proceeded in association in childbirth, then in tribes, nationalities, the nations. In the political relation formed states policies, states nations, empires. The process of integration of mankind recorded by sociologists passed from an era of scientific and technical revolution into a globalization tendency, i.e. mankind association in global society with high level of social integration. Features of system of the global neo-colonialism which is actively claiming in the world on the basis of a tendency of globalization are specified.
