This paper presents the results of social-psychological research on interpersonal interaction of the subjects of the educational environment of the university; peculiarities of interpersonal relationships in the system «teacher-student» and «student-student» and the factors that negatively and positively influence on the communication process in high school.

В статье отражены результаты социально-психологического исследования по проблеме межличностного взаимодействия субъектов образовательной среды педагогического вуза, выявлены особенности межличностных отношений в системах «педагог-студент» и «студент-студент», а также факторы, негативно и позитивно влияющие на коммуникативный процесс в вузе.
