Abstract

The article deals with the main questions of the organization and methods of the innovative development financial support ( first part); the priority directions of the innovation process of small and medium entrepreneurship of the Chelyabinsk region are defined (second part); the method of the entrepreneurship innovation activity estimating are generated and the basic steps of its implementation in small and medium entrepreneurship are marked (third part).

В работе в качестве самостоятельных выделены вопросы организации и методики финансового обеспечения инновационного развития (первая часть); сформулированы приоритетные направления инновационного процесса малого и среднего предпринимательства Челябинской области (вторая часть); разработана методика оценки инновационной активности предприятия и выделены основные этапы ее реализации в малом и среднем предпринимательстве (третья часть).
