Эколого-экономическое обоснование развития туризма в Беловежском экологическом регионе

Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены основные положения концепции развития туризма на территории Национального парка «Беловежская пуща» и в Беловежском экологическом регионе. Основными направлениями развития туризма выделены экологический туризм с высоким уровнем сервиса и ориентацией на туристов, приносящих высокий доход, и агроэкотуризм в сельской местности Беловежского экологического региона. Изложены результаты эколого-экономического обоснования развития рекреационно-туристической деятельности ГПУ «Национальный парк „Беловежская пуща“», которые включают обоснование направлений и объемов, доходов и расходов рекреационно-туристической деятельности на 2010-2014 гг. Предложен методический подход к расчету рекреационно-туристической емкости территории национального парка, который предполагает определение предельно допустимой туристической нагрузки на лесные экосистемы и экологическое нормирование пропускной способности экологических маршрутов

The article is devoted to the fundamental points of the concept of tourism development for Belavezhskaja Pushcha National Park and Bielaviezha ecological region. Ecological tourism of high-quality service intended for highly profitable tourists and agroecotourism at the rural area of Bielaviezha ecological region are considered the main area of activity on developing tourism. The results of ecological and economical substantiation of improving recreational business by SCE “Belavezhskaja Pushcha National Park” are stated, including the substantiation of purposes and amounts, incomes and expenses of recreational business for the term of 2010-2014. A methodical approach to calculating the recreational capacity of the territory of the national park, which includes the determination of the maximum permissible tourism load for the forest ecosystems and the ecological rationing of the reception capacity of the ecological routes, is brought
