Abstract

В статье рассмотрена модульная модель повышения квалификации руководителей образовательных организаций, направленная на развитие актуального уровня их профессиональной компетентности. Логика описания модульной модели обнаружена в цели, содержательных и технологических доминантах и в результате.

The article describes the modular model of training for the head of the educational organization, aimed to develop the actual level of their professional competence. Logic description was found in the modular model objectives and technological content dominate, result.
