Современное школьное образование: может ли оно способствовать повышению качества жизни населения?

Abstract

The article provides insights on the problems existing in the system of secondary and additional education based on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan. The results of the sociological research conducted by the author in the Republic of Tatarstan during 2005, 2007-2009 under the scope of research of the population's quality of life are presented. The article studies the problems of quality of education and quality of given services in the system of additional education of children and teenagers.

В статье, на примере Республики Татарстан, рассматриваются проблемы, существующие в системе общего среднего и дополнительного образования. Представлены результаты социологического исследования, проведенного автором в Республике Татарстан в 2005, 2007-2009 гг. в рамках исследования качества жизни населения. В статье рассматриваются также проблемы качества образования и качество предоставляемых услуг в системе дополнительного образования детей и подростков.
