Abstract

The developmental tendencies of secondary education management system based on distributing the diapasons of influence on the model of education management beginning from state, state and public, public and state, public models, are defined in the article. The correlation between the models of secondary education management system and the models of local self-government – continental, mixed and Anglo-Saxon – is ascertained. The methodology of monitoring the tendencies of secondary education management system development is offered.
