Abstract

The article considers a complex of questions, connected with the methodology of evaluating the efficiency of regional and municipal systems of education under the conditions of their innovative development. The author reveals basic methodological issues in the form of principles, laws, scientific ideas and thesis for the formation of a general approach to evaluating the efficiency of regional and municipal educational systems The article represents the classification of different kinds of the efficiency of educational systems.

В статье рассматривается комплекс вопросов, связанных с методологией оценки эффективности региональных и муниципальных систем образования в условиях их инновационного развития. Изложены исходные методологические позиции в виде принципов, закономерностей, научных идей и положений для формирования общего подхода к оценке эффективности региональных и муниципальных систем образования. Представлена классификация видов эффективности систем образования.
