
The experience of introduction of distance teaching at Medical examination department of the Faculty of skills upgrade of Nizhny Novgorod state medical academy has shown that this form of teaching is needed by different specialists and really widens the possibilities of teaching of doctors from far away territories; demands deep independent work with the lectures material and systemic intellectual prompter; increases the quality of training of staff and their knowledge level on the studied issues; the quality of teaching is determined mostly by the quality of the used equipment and the skills of individual users in working with this equipment.
Опыт внедрения дистанционного обучения на кафедре медицинской экспертизы факультета повышения квалификации врачей ГОУ ВПО НижГМА показал, что данная форма обучения востребована самыми разными специалистами и значительно расширяет возможности обучения врачей из отдаленных территорий; требует глубокой самостоятельной проработки материала лекций и системного интеллектуального подсказчика, повышает качество подготовки специалистов и уровень их знаний по изучаемым вопросам; качество обучение определяется, в основном, качеством используемой техники и навыками работы с ней индивидуальных пользователей.
