Abstract

The condition of questions of energy saving in Russia in the field of thermal power station, buildings and housing and communal services is considered. The basic directions of power savings are formulated in «Power strategy of Russia for the period till 2020» and in the Federal law of the Russian Federation from November, 23rd, 2009 № 261-FZ «About power savings and about increase of power efficiency...» are described. Standard requirements of heat engineering characteristics of transparent protecting designs, including double-glazed windows with application of architectural glass are analysed. The characteristics of modern architectural glasses and double-glazed windows on their basis are resulted.

Рассмотрено состояние вопросов энергосбережения в России в области ТЭК, строительства и ЖКХ. Приведены основные направления энергосбережения, сформулированные в «Энергетической стратегии России на период до 2020 года» и в Федеральном законе РФ от 23 ноября 2009 года № 261-ФЗ «Об энергосбережении и о повышении энергетической эффективности...». Проанализированы нормативные требования к теплотехническим характеристикам светопрозрачных ограждающих конструкций, в том числе стеклопакетов с применением архитектурного стекла. Приведены характеристики современных архитектурных стекол и стеклопакетов на их основе.
