
Presents General characteristics of the model of continuous development of pedagogical professionalism of the faculty of engineering of the University. The experience of implementing the model in the system of teachers ‘ training NOR TPU. Evaluated the effectiveness of the model using appropriate criteria and indicators.
Представлена общая характеристика модели непрерывного развития педагогического профессионализма преподавателей инженерного вуза. Обобщен опыт реализации модели в системе повышения квалификации преподавателей НИ ТПУ. Произведена оценка эффективности модели с помощью соответствующих критериев и показателей.
