Abstract

Проведен анализ психологических гендерных характеристик спортсменок и особенностей их социализации для целей учета в психолого-педагогической работе педагога-тренера. Показана значимость учета названных факторов для эффективности работы педагога-тренера. Анализ показал, что вопросы, связанные с так называемой женской проблематикой, занимают сегодня не последнее место в самых разных научных областях: истории, социологии, психологии, этнологии, и в частности в истории и социологии физической культуры и спорта. Выявлена специфика спорта как уникального феномена современной культуры, в жизни социума и человека. Предъявляемые спортивной деятельностью требования к человеку, его физическим, нервно-психическим, психологическим, социально-психологическим и духовно-нравственным качествам соотнесены с гендерными характеристиками спортсменок и особенностями их социализации, в том числе через участие в спортивной деятельности.

We have done analysis of psychological gender characteristics and peculiarities of women´s socialization for the calculation in professional activity trainer. The place and role of such calculation in effectiveness of trainer´s pedagogical activity are showed. Our investigation are showed, that questions about women´s problems in sport occupy now big place in many sciences spheres: history, sociology, psychology, ethnology, sociology and history of sport. We have done research of specific of sport as a phenomena modern culture, modern life of society and men. Sport´s requirements to women are correlated with gender characteristics and individual peculiarities of women´s socialization, by hers participating in sport activity.
