Опыт эффективного управления современным вузом

Abstract

The research paper closely studies the ways of improving the effectiveness of management in a university. The theory that the author chooses as a basis for his research is based on the use of innovation and information technologies. The paper presented the results of an experimental study. It analysis of the material reveal that one of the ways to make management of a university for effective is to implement a particular innovative approach into management. This approach implies the introduction of information technologies into university management, and implementation of management system of quality management institution meets the international standard ISO 9001: 2008. The investigation was conducted in Shadrinsk State Pedagogical University from 2007 to 2015. Experimental work is comprised of 5 stages: an orientation stage (2007-2008), a diagnostic stage (2008-2009), a stage of setting a problem (2009-2010), a reforming stage (2010-2013), a final stage (2014-2015). All five stages of the project are described.

Статья посвящена проблеме повышения эффективности системы управления вузом на основе инноваций и информационных технологий. Представлены результаты выполнения опытно-экспериментального исследования. Выявлено, что одним из путей повышения эффективности системы управления вузом является реализация в качестве системы инновационного подхода к менеджменту, внедрение информационных технологий в систему управления вузом, а также внедрение системы управления менеджмента качества вузом соответствующей международному стандарту ISO 9001:2008.
