Диагностика готовности учителей к педагогической деятельности в условиях стандартизации

Abstract

From the 1-st of January, 2017 professional standard of educator will enter into force. The task of all methodological structures to dispose the contradictions appeared between the increased demands to the teachers in the period of the Standards introduction and their not enough readiness to professional activities in contemporary conditions. For decision of this task we require approved criterion-evaluation instrument allowing to measure the “starting level” of readiness of teachers to pedagogical activity in the condition on standardization. Diagnostics and the following monitoring of the level of readiness of teachers to pedagogical activity in the condition of the standards introduction will become the means of managing the process of this level raising, will give an opportunity to renew the content and forms of united educational environment in municipal system of education.

С 1 января 2017 г. вступит в силу профессиональный стандарт педагога. Задача методических служб всех уровней устранить возникшее противоречие между возросшими требованиями к учителям в условиях введения стандарта и их недостаточной готовностью к профессиональной деятельности в современных условиях. Для решения данной задачи необходим обоснованный критериально-оценочный аппарат, позволяющий определить «стартовый уровень» готовности учителя к педагогической деятельности в условиях стандартизации. Диагностика и последующий мониторинг уровня готовности учителей к педагогической деятельности в условиях введения профессионального стандарта педагога послужит средством управления процессом повышения этого уровня, даст возможность своевременно реагировать на динамику показателей, обновлять содержание и формы единого образовательного пространства в муниципальной системе образования.
