Стратегический анализ в авиационном приборостроении

Abstract

Проведен стратегический анализ для крупнейшего отечественного оператора на рынке авионики – концерна «Авиаприборостроение», входящего в государственную корпорацию «Ростехнологии». На основе STEP-анализа глобального окружения выявлены социальные, технологические, экономические и политические факторы, оказывающие доминирующее влияние на деятельность концерна. Для оценки конкурентной позиции концерна использован инструментарий SWOT-анализа, позволивший выявить сильные и слабые стороны концерна, его возможности и угрозы со стороны внешней среды. В результате проведенного анализа сформулированы стратегические цели концерна: превращение концерна в компанию мирового уровня; развитие в отечественном авиаприборостроении инновационных технологий до конкурентоспособного на глобальном рынке уровня; выход на глобальный рынок с конкурентоспособной продукцией; повышение капитализации концерна; развитие инновационной инфраструктуры.

The strategic analysis for the largest domestic operator in the avionics market – “Aviapriborostroyeniye” concern entering into the Russian Technologies State corporation is carried out. On the basis of STEP-analysis of a global environment the social, technology, economic and political factors, making domination impact on concern activity are revealed. For an assessment of a competitive position of concern the analysis SWOT-tools, allowed to reveal strong and weaknesses of concern, its possibility and threat are used from environment. As a result of the carried-out analysis strategic objectives of concern are formulated: transformation of concern into the company of world level; development in domestic avionics of innovative technologies to competitive level in the global market; an exit to the global market with competitive production; increase to capitalization of concern; development of innovative infrastructure.
