Взаимосвязь профессиональной надежности и профессионализма педагога

Abstract

Article is devoted research of professional reliability of the teacher which is understood as the integrated property reflecting unity personal, subject and properties of the individual, providing safety of quality of realisation of pedagogical functions in changing conditions by means of the self-control mechanism. Consideration of professional reliability as qualitative display of professionalism of the teacher is proved. The results of empirical research testifying to presence of interrelation between professional reliability and quality of activity of teachers are resulted.

Статья посвящена исследованию профессиональной надежности педагога, под которой понимается интегративное свойство, отражающее единство личностных, субъектных и индивидных свойств, обеспечивающее сохранность качества реализации педагогических функций в изменяющихся условиях посредством механизма саморегуляции. Обосновано рассмотрение профессиональной надежности как качественного проявления профессионализма педагога. Приведены результаты эмпирического исследования, свидетельствующие о наличии взаимосвязи между профессиональной надежностью и качеством деятельности педагогов.
