Abstract

В статье раскрыты авторские концептуальные положения относительно содержания и организации процесса подготовки будущих учителей начальной школы к обеспечению основ музыкального образования учащихся. Представлено направление научного поиска, которое содержит субъектно-личностный теоретический подход. Сущность этого подхода составляет система научных представлений об актуализации самостоятельности, инициативности и активности студента как способа становления его личности и профессиональной компетентности, предполагает направленность учебно-воспитательного процесса на самореализацию будущих учителей в процессе профессионального обучения с использованием конкретных педагогических принципов и условий. Отмечена существенная предпосылка внесения корректив в систему подготовки студентов по специальности «начальное образование», которой является смена парадигмы образования в современной начальной школе, необходимость внедрения принципов развивающего обучения с опорой на воспитательные возможности музыкального искусства, поддержка индивидуальности учащегося, ликвидация перекосов в сторону рационального развития ребенка в ущерб эмоциональному.

The article reveals author’s conceptual thesis concerning contents and organization of future primary school teachers training for providing learners with music education bases. The course of scientific research containing personal theoretical approach has been presented. The essence of the approach is the system of scientific ideas on independence actualization, student initiative and activity as a means of personal becoming and professional competence. The approach presupposes education process orientation on future teachers’ self-realization in the process of professional training with the use of concrete pedagogical principals and conditions. The author marks an essential precondition of making adjustments to the system of training students specialized in “Primary Education”. It presupposes the education paradigm change in the contemporary primary school. The author also points out the necessity of the developing education principles implementation relying on educational opportunities of music art, leaner’s personality maintenance, elimination of the rational development disadvantages at the expense of the emotional one.
