Особенности управления инновационной деятельностью строительно-монтажных организаций

Abstract

The article considers the peculiarities of managing the construction and installation contractors whose innovative activities are not sufficiently covered in the existing scientific literature. The improvement of the efficiency of own innovative activities as for the construction and installation works is determined not only by the amount of investments in the material and technical base development, creation and rollout of new services in the market, creation and purchase of the intellectual property objects, human capital development, improvement of the technology of planning and rendering construction and installation services, but, first and foremost, by the improvement of the innovative management quality which is the subject of this article. This research can be useful for the persons researching applied economics and innovative activities management in the sphere of the construction and installation works.

В статье рассматриваются особенности управления строительно-монтажных организаций, инновационная деятельность которых не достаточно отражена в существующей научной литературе. Повышение эффективности собственной инновационной деятельности строительно-монтажных работ определяется не только уровнем вложений в развитие материально-технической базы, разработку и выведение на рынок новых услуг, создание и приобретение объектов интеллектуальной собственности, развитие человеческого капитала, совершенствование технологии проектирования и оказания строительно-монтажных услуг, но и прежде всего повышением качества инновационного менеджмента. Именно данной тематике посвящена статья. Данное исследование может быть полезно лицам, занимающимся исследованием прикладной экономики и управления инновационной деятельностью строительства и строительно-монтажных работ.
