Расчетный анализ стационарных термоупругих напряжений гильзы цилиндра быстроходного дизеля

Abstract

Рассматриваются расчетные варианты гильзы цилиндра быстроходного дизеля серийного и модернизированного исполнения с наплавкой на наружной поверхности из коррозионно-стойкого материала. Оцениваются причины возникновения отслойки наплавки на наружной поверхности гильзы. Задача решается в стационарной трехмерной постановке. Одним из путей уменьшения термоупругих напряжений в наплавленном слое рассматривается вариант с промежуточным слоем, имеющим усредненные коэффициенты линейного расширения материала гильзы и наплавки.

The article consideres the calculating variants of a high-speed diesel engine cylinder case with a fusing of non-corrisive metals on its external surface. The reasons of occurrence of separation of the fusing on the external surface of the case are estimated. One of the ways of reducting of thermoelastic pressure in the busing layer is considered to be the variant with the intermediate layer having an average coefficient of the cast material and fusing expansion.
