Abstract

The article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of boiler units equipped with slagging combusters. It proposes to use waste Cheremhkovo coal as fuel in the boilers of БКЗ-320-140ПТ type. Reliable operation of the boiler equipped with a slagging combuster requires a steady output of liquid slag in a design load range, since slagging combusters are very sensitive to the fusible characteristics of the mineral part of fuel. The problem of fusible characteristics of the mineral part of Cheremkhovo coal screenings is considered as well. The authors estimate different variants of the mixture of original fuel and additives in the form of screenings, marble chips, ash, or their mixtures. The article emphasizes the need for checking the calculations by test burning, which would specify the proportions of the mixture.

Приведены достоинства и недостатки котлоагрегатов, оборудованных топками с жидким шлакоудалением (ЖШ). Предложено использование в качестве отходов углеобогащения черемховского угля топлива в котлах типа БКЗ-320-140ПТ. Необходимым условием надежной работы котла, оснащенного топкой с ЖШ, является устойчивый выход жидкого шлака в расчетном диапазоне нагрузок, так как топки с ЖШ очень чувствительны к плавкостным характеристикам минеральной части топлива. Рассмотрен вопрос о плавкостных характеристиках минеральной части отсевов черемховского угля. Выполнена оценка различных вариантов смеси исходного топлива и добавок в виде отсева, мраморной крошки, золы либо их смеси. Отмечена необходимость проверки расчетов путем проведения опытного сжигания, в ходе которого следует уточнить пропорции составляющих смеси.
