Abstract

В статье рассматривается возможность изучения формирования организационно-педагогической культуры будущего учителя через компоненты: когнитивно-рефлективный, ценностно-ориентационный и операционально-креативный. На примере использования культуросозидательных ситуаций предлагается один из вариантов формирования организационно-педагогической культуры будущего учителя.

The ability to study the formation of organizational-pedagogical culture of a future teacher using cognitive-reflective, value-orientational and operative-creative components is considered in the article. Culture-forming situations are presented as a version of forming organizational-pedagogical culture of a future teacher.
