Формирование антикоррупционной культуры у студентов

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы развития системы антикоррупционного образования в вузе. По мнению автора, основным вопросом в педагогическом процессе является необходимость формирования у студентов антикоррупционной культуры, а коррупцию рассматривать как одну из форм девиантного поведения личности. Решению этой проблемы поможет внедрение в педагогический процесс элективного курса «Формирование антикоррупционной культуры у студентов». В содержание курса должны входить вопросы о возникновении коррупции, её проявлениях, об отрицательных последствиях коррупционных правонарушений, состояния социума и создания атмосферы неприятия коррупции в обществе. В статье приведены критерии сформированности антикоррупционной культуры: целеполагательный, операциональный, мотивационный и когнитивный. Приведены уровни диагностики – оптимальный, допустимый и критический. Приведено определение антикоррупционной культуры. По мнению автора статьи, в педагогической подготовке студентов необходимо предусмотреть формирование превентивных навыков противодействия и неприятия коррупции.

The article deals with topical issues of anti-corruption education development in the higher school. According to the author, the main issue in the pedagogical process is the need to create an anti-corruption culture among students, and corruption is viewed as a form of the individual deviant behavior. The implementation in the pedagogical process elective course "Anti-corruption culture formation among students" will help to solve this problem. In the course content should include questions about the origin of corruption, its manifestations, and the adverse effects of corruption offenses, the society state and the creating an atmosphere of corruption rejection in society. The paper presents the criteria of anti-corruption culture formation: purposeful, operational, motivational and cognitive. Diagnostics levels sensible, permitted, and critical are given. The definition of an anti-corruption culture is given. According to the author in the pedagogical training students it is needed to provide preventive skills to corruption antagonism and rejection.
