
The article considers the significance of studying subjective expectations of university teachers from further training in the field of higher school pedagogics and psychology for improving the teaching techniques of the course Higher School Pedagogics and Psychology. The structure and characteristic of the subjective expectations are given, including cognitive, affective and connative components.
В статье обсуждается значение изучения субъективных ожиданий преподавателей вузов от повышения квалификации в области педагогики и психологии высшей школы для совершенствования методики преподавания курса «Педагогика и психология высшей школы». Приведена структура и характеристика субъективных ожиданий, включающая когнитивный, аффективный и конативный компоненты.
