Abstract

В статье рассматривается темперамент учителя, его эмоциональность, которые наиболее ярко проявляются в стиле деятельности и способе поведения, связаны с общими и специальными педагогическими способностями педагога. От темперамента зависит умение педагога устанавливать, формировать у себя педагогически целесообразную позицию в отношении обучающихся, которая определяет стиль и тон его взаимоотношений с учащимися.

The article deals with teachers’ temperament, their emotionality, which is most clearly manifested in their operating style and behaviour and is related to teachers’ general and special teaching skills. Temperament influences teachers’ ability to to establish, to form their pedagogically expedient position relating to the students which determines the style and tone of their relationship with the students.
