Социально-педагогические аспекты формирования имиджа вуза

Abstract

The problem of formation of image of higher education institution as pedagogically operated process is considered. The author gives the treatment of the concept «image», professional and pedagogical communication for the organization of pedagogical communication of bodies of management of higher education institutions with contact audiences for the purpose of impact on them in favor of image components of higher education institution. Conditions and principles providing efficiency of process of formation of image are allocated.

Рассматривается проблема формирования имиджа вуза с позиций педагогически управляемого процесса, дается авторская трактовка понятия «имидж». Анализируется использование профессионально-педагогической коммуникации для организации педагогического общения органов управления вузов с контактными аудиториями с целью воздействия на них в пользу имиджевых компонентов вуза. Выделяются условия и принципы, обеспечивающие эффективность формирования имиджа.
