Abstract

A developing approach for a complex of measures, directed to energy saving and energy effectiveness growth in budget sector, housing and communal infrastructure systems of municipal formations in a sphere of heat energy is described. The essence of suggested approach is a determination of active and passive heat saving measurement groups, that allowed to plan all the energy saving and energy effectiveness growth measurements in a most rational order.
