Некоторые аспекты методологии формирования системы сбалансированных показателей современного вуза

Abstract

The article presents the author"s concept of the balanced indices system formation in the sphere of higher professional education and shows how this system may be applied for evaluation of the activity of the higher professional institution in general, particular directions of this activity, effectiveness of strategic initiatives, etc. The author emphasizes that the system of evaluation indices should be adapted to the specificities of a particular institution in the current socio-economic context.

В статье представлена авторская концепция методологии формирования системы сбалансированных показателей (ССП) в сфере высшего профессионального образования. Показано, что ССП в современном вузе может применяться для оценки: деятельности в целом, отдельных направлений деятельности, эффективности реализации стратегических инициатив, однако требуется адаптация системы оценочных показателей к специфике функционирования образовательного учреждения в современных социально-экономических условиях.
