Abstract

This article analyzes the problems of development of physical culture and sports in the Far East in the late 1920s, in 1930s. It has been noted that at the stage of development of the new social order in Russia (1917-1940) the different system of the physical culture has spread, consistent with meeting the political demands of society, being the integral part of it. In a new way the goals and targets for the introduction of the physical culture and sports in the lives of people have been set. However, for the implementation of the fresh ideas the considerable difficulties had to be overcome, which were expressed, primarily, in lack of experts, facilities, experience in the new socio-economic and political conditions, especially in the first decade since the establishment of Soviet power. To meet new challenges in the sphere of physical culture and sports there were created the relevant state and public structures connected with the management of the physical culture movement. Specified innovations in the athletic movements that are perceived on the ground dealing with the great enthusiasm, and tasks in many cases are successfully implemented.
