
The article describes the technique of teacher's creative self-development and its facilitation. The technique is based upon scheduling the individual way of teacher's self-development which becomes clear in the course of self-analysis and diagnostics of educational work and level of development of personal qualities. The stages of process of teacher's creative self-development are identified.
