Abstract

Рассмотрены понятия расследования и раскрытия неочевидных преступлений, принятые в криминалистической науке и применяемые в практической деятельности (в том числе при оценке эффективности работы правоохранительных органов). Проанализировано содержание ведомственного уровня организации расследования неочевидных преступлений.

The concepts of investigating and solving crimes unobvious taken of forensic science and applied in practice (including the assessment of the effectiveness of law enforcement). A content analysis of the departmental level of organization of the investigation of non-obvious crimes.
