Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрено состояние и перспективы развития отрасли молочного производства в Кыргызстане. Предложены основные пути повышения эффективности производства молока и молочной продукции. Одним из стратегических направлений развития молочного производства является повышение конкурентоспособности отечественной продукции путем использования кластерного метода.

This article considers the state and prospects of development of an branch of dairy production in Kyrgyzstan The proposed main ways of increasing of production efficiency of milk and dairy products. One of the strategic directions of development of dairy production is to increase of the competitiveness of domestic production by the use of a cluster method.
