
The paper is devoted to the analysis of the concept of inner emigration of the history of pedagogics and the history of music education in Russia. Inner emigration is regarded as a movement from the capitals to the province and as a subject position of the teacher of music. The paper contains some examples of the activity of the teachers-musicians of Vladimir as different trends of inner emigration.
