Использование историко-биографических знаний в развитии профессионально значимых качеств будущего педагога: ценностный подход

Abstract

The use of the historical and biographical knowledge in the development of professionally significant qualities of future teachers are considered in the article as an opportunity to enrich their professional education in the University. The author proposes the way associated with the use of the historical and biographical knowledge in the development of professionally significant qualities of a personality in the logic description of this process: its aims, the content organized by process, the forms and methods of work with future teachers and the description of the result of joint activity of a teacher with students. Based on the value approach in the professional development of future teachers and focusing on the development of professionally significant qualities of a future teacher´s personality, the importance of such work in explained. Purposeful informative activity with the use of the historical and biographical knowledge allows future teachers to "learn" professional values examples of life and the activity of outstanding people.

Использование историко-биографического знания в развитии профессионально значимых качеств будущего педагога рассматривается в статье как возможность обогатить процесс их профессионального воспитания в вузе. Автором предлагается путь, связанный с использованием историко-биографического знания в развитии профессионально значимых качеств личности в логике описания этого процесса: его целей, содержания организуемого процесса, форм и методов работы с будущими педагогами и описанием результата совместной деятельности педагога со студентами. Основываясь на ценностном подходе в профессиональном становлении будущих педагогов и ориентируясь на развитие их профессионально значимых качеств личности, обосновывается важность подобной работы. Целенаправленная познавательная деятельность с использованием историко-биографического знания позволяет будущим педагогам «освоить» профессиональные ценности на примерах жизни и деятельности выдающихся людей.
